Fruits help us in a lot of ways. Eating fruits are healthy. Eating Bananas help in having a glowing skin. Apples help to keep the doctor away. And many more..Lets have a look at some special fruits



Pomegranates
Pomegranates are good for oily skin and skin which has a combination type. Rich in AHA, pomegranat juice acts as an astrigent and is a natural toner also. Grind pomegranate seeds and use as a face scrub. This will help in removing excess oil and make the skin fresh. Use pomegranate juice to a cotton wool and clean your face.
It acts as a good medicine for both diarrhoea and dysentery. For many ailments such as colitis, anaemia, jaundice, high blood pressure, piles and arthritis, its juice is an effective medicine.
Oranges
The orange fruit is a good astringent and has toning properties. Rub fresh orange peel on your skin to tighten the skin and to lighten the colour of dark skin. Take the juice of orange and put in ice tray. Run the cube when your skin looks really tired to give it a fresh look. The tired face will glow instantly. Vitamin C, which is also vital for the proper function of a healthy immune system, is good for preventing colds and may be helpful in preventing recurrent ear infections.
Bananas
Fresh ripe bananas ar good face masks. Bananas tighten and cleanse the pores of the skin. They also revitalise the dry skin. Mash ripe bananas with a little honey. Smooth over the face and leave for 15 minutes then wash it off with cool water. Bananas consist mainly of sugars (glucose, fructose and sucrose) and fiber, which makes them ideal for an immediate and slightly prolonged source of energy.
Apples
Apples contain pectin and tannin that help to tone and tighten the skin and improve blood circulation. Apples are effective for those who have a sensetive skin. To a few drops of glycerine mix apple pulp and apply on face. It is good for sun burnt skin. For tired skin apply a mixture of apple pulp, mashed papaya and a few drops of cream. Apply this mixture to your face and wash off after 15 minutes. Skin will glow. Apple cider vinegar tonic action that promotes blood circulation in the small capillaries that irrigate the skin.
Papaya
Papaya has an enzyme papain which acts as a cleanser. It helps in reviving blemished undernourished skin especially oily skin. Take the pulp of ripe papaya mix with honey or curd aand apply it on your face leave for 20 minutes and then wash with cold water. Papaya can also be used under eyes for removing dark under eye skin. Papaya vinegar acts as a skin toner. Make a puree of 1 banana and 1 papaya, peach or avacado. Apply to skin. Leave on for at least 20 minutes then rinse with warm water, followed by a moisturizer of natural margarine or natural vegetable oil. It works for dry skin
